Associate degree or higher;

Work experience of more than 2 years in large enterprise.

Have certain command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing, know about the electronic circuits, know how to inspect products, know the relative certification of products, and need to reach out with Certification companies.

Quality assurance work includes making inspection plans, inspecting product’ quality, analyzing the inspected result, taking corrective measures if there is a problem, and adpot preventive measures.

Duties of the position

Administrative supervision of planning, implementation, maintenance and improvement during the implementation process of the system;

Elaboration and revision of system documents, and organizing the training course;

Organize internal audit and management review activities;

Maintenance and supervision during the implementation of system standards, request needs and propose suggestions for improvement;

System Target Data Collection, Statistics, Analysis and Reporting.

Job Requirements

Discipline of art, graphic design, art design and other relevant major, Junior College degree or higher

Proficient at mastering design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and other;

More than a year of experience in graphic design, be talented at the color matching and the expression of graphic composition;

Work responsibly, be creative and with good comprehension and coordination capacity.

Duties of the position

Mainly responsible for graphic design work, such as make the blueprinting plate, design patterns and copywriting for the color boxes used on the export groceries products;

The workflow is taking product photos, cutout and edit images, drawing cutter liner and designing layouts.

Degree of full-time Junior College or higher, the discipline is not limited. But prefer discipline of international trade, shipping logistics, business English or other related major;

2-3 years of experience as a documentation in foreign trade of groceries goods are required, can operate documentation work independently and qualified;

Get certain English reading, writing skills and computer application skills, good communication;

Honest and dedicated, full of team spirit, can work patiently and meticulously, get strong learning ability.

Duties of the position

Synergize with the Merchandiser, contact with the forwarder, and be responsible for daily documentary work.

Search for suitable suppliers according to the requirements of the product provided by the Trading Specialist(Sales), and do a series of works such as price inquiry, negotiation, price comparison, confirmation of delivery date and payment method;

Responsible for maintaining regular suppliers and developing new suppliers and new samples, and recommending new products regularly.

Trading merchandiser work experience for more than one year, familiar about the cooperation with factory;

Accept short term and distance business trips, go to visit factories to promote the order production.

Duties of the position

After receiving the order from foreign customers, prepare sample and sample inspection, send samples and confirm detail, follow-up production and delivery process, need to keep posted about the orders process with foreign customers in time, and strive to deliver the goods on time with confirmed quality and quantity, providing good service for customers

Have 1-3 years of experience as a foreign trade sales in the Groceries category (such as 3C electronics, fashion home furnishing, small home appliances, outdoor utensils, lamps, kitchen utensils, beauty and fitness products, pet supplies, stationery and paper products, garden tools, etc.), familiar with foreign trade processes, able to independently develop or maintain customers, and be familiar about cooperating with factories;

Work meticulously, seriously and responsibly, well organized , self-motivated, great ability to resist pressure and good communication and coordination skills.

Duties of the position

Responsible for developing and maintaining clients, recommending products and making quotation for customers, conducting commercial negotiations and arranging the contracts signning work;

Responsible for confirming contracts with the factory and following-up orders, play the role as a bridge between foreign customers and suppliers, transmitting accurate information between them, providing relevant documents according to needs, solving all kinds of problems if have and push orderin order could make sure the delivery on time with good quality and contracted quantity;

Synergize with Purchaser and Documentation Specialist, coordinate orders and delivery issues.
